Accommodation Information

How many days ahead of time can I make a reservation?

Reservations are accepted 3-6 months in advance.
Some days cannot be reserved, so please contact the hotel for details.

How much is the cancellation fee?

1 Day Before...20%, Reserved Day...80%, No-Show...100%
*If the reservation was made through a travel agency, the hotel will abide by the travel agency's rules.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 3:00 pm. Check-out is until 12:00 pm, so you can take your time on your day of departure.

What are the payment methods?

Please pay when you check in.
Room fees (for days of your stay) are payable with cash or credit card.
We accept the below credit cards.
(Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, China UnionPay, JCB, UC, DC, NICOS)
Please contact us concerning any other card.
*The ticket counter only accepts Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or JCB.

Is there a public bath?

There is no public bath.

Do you have barrier-free rooms?

Floors 3-6 each have one barrier-free room, for a total of four. If you would like one, please inform us when you make your reservation.
However, please be advised that the number of these rooms are limited.

Can I send my luggage in advance?

Please feel free to do so. We will hold it until you check in.

Will you hold onto my luggage before check-in?

Yes. We will hold it for you.

Can I buy a Universal Studios pass at the ticket counter before checking in to the hotel?

Only staying guests can purchase a Universal Studios pass prior to check-in for the day of their stay or the next day at the ticket counter.
(You can definitely enter the park regardless of admission restrictions. Also, you will not need to make an exchange at the park ticket booth.)
Guests who reserved a plan that includes a Universal Studios Pass can receive it before check-in.

Can I buy a Universal Express® pass (ticket for priority entrance at attractions) at the hotel?

When they are available, staying guests can purchase "Universal Express® Pass 3", "Universal Express® Pass 5" and "Universal Express® Pass 7" at the hotel ticket counter for use that day or the following day. However, if they are sold out, the hotel ticket counter will be unable to sell them.

Is it OK to check in late?

Please take your time.
However, but please contact the hotel if you will be arriving after 10:00 pm.

When does the last train leave?

The 0:15 am JR Yumesaki Line from Nishikujō Station toward Sakurajima Station is the last train to arrive at the Universal City Station.

What kind of amenities do you offer?

Do you have rooms where a large number of people can stay?

A maximum of 6 people can use one room.
We have some connecting rooms in which is possible for a maximum of 8 people to stay.

Can I smoke in my room?

All rooms are non-smoking. There is a smoking room in the first floor lobby. There is also a smoking area to the right outside the hotel front entrance.

Can I reserve a specific room (certain floor, view)?

We will do our best to provide you with a room that matches your desires, so please make any requests when you make your reservation.
However, please understand in advance that we will not always be able to accommodate you.

Can pets stay?

We do not allow pets to enter.

Do you have room service?

We do not have room service, but we do have a delivery service that will bring light items (udon noodles, rice bowls, drinks, etc.) from Rex Cafe on the first floor to your room. Please feel free to make a request.
(Delivery Hours: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm Changes depending on day of the week and season.)

Do you have services for special occasions like birthdays?

If you stay during a special occasion, we can deliver the following items to your room. Please contact the reservation department prior to your stay (+81-6-6463-5000).

Can I watch recorded videos in my room?

The rooms are not equipped with DVD players or similar, but guests can connect their own video cameras to watch videos in their room.
We do not have connection cords, so please bring your own.

Can I connect to the Internet in my room?

All rooms have Internet connection outlets, and you can connect for free.
All rooms also have free Wi-Fi.
(You do not need to enter an ID or password.)

Do you have humidifiers?

All rooms have humidifiers and air purifiers.

Can I receive a massage in my room?

Yes, you can. Please make a reservation using your room phone.
Please understand in advance that during busy times, you may have to wait.

Guests in the minion room can receive treatment in the salon only.
Also, the "Refresh Salon" is on the 2nd floor, so please feel free to use it.

Will you hold onto my luggage after check-out?

There are free coin-operated lockers on the 1st floor, so please feel free to use them.
(Coin return system. Please insert 100 yen when you store your luggage. When you take it out, your money will be returned.)

Can I send items by express home delivery?

You can request this at the home delivery counter from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm, and at the ticket counter after 12:30 pm.
Outside of business hours, please go to the front desk.
The hotel also sells original home delivery cases, so please go ahead and use them.

Restaurant Information

What is the menu like?

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are offered as buffets. There is also a course meal for dinner.
You can also enjoy light meals at "Lounge R" and "Rex Cafe".

Do you have a children's menu?

Yes. There are children's options in the buffet menu and course menu.
"Lounge R" also offers a kids' plate.

I am not staying at the hotel, but may I still use just the restaurant?

You may. Please do.

Can I make reservations?

We accept reservations for lunch and dinner.

You can also make reservations online.

Do you have smoking seating?

All seats are non-smoking. There is a smoking room on the 1st floor. There is also a smoking area to the right outside the hotel front entrance.

Do you have seats for children?

There are high chairs in the 2nd floor restaurant and 1st floor lounge. (Limited amounts available.)

Parking Lot Information

Do you have a parking lot? Can I make reservations?

We have a parking garage (self-parking).
It can accommodate 143 vehicles, but if it is full, we will guide you to a contracted parking lot. We do not take reservations. Parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Thank you for your understanding.
Note that the height limit is 2.3m.

How do I pay?

The parking fee for hotel guests is 2,200 yen from 1:00 pm on their check-in date to 1:00 pm the next day. Parking before or after these times is an additional ¥400 per hour. Please present your parking ticket to the front staff when you check in. Note, customers who are not staying at the hotel, but are just visiting the restaurant or shops, can park for 2 hours for free if they spend 3,000 yen or more on food or purchases.

Guests with Children

Can I bring small children? How much does it cost?

Children under schoolgoing age can stay for free. One child per paying customer can stay for free.
Since the party room has a bunk bed, with safety in mind, two persons can stay in one room.
This does not apply to elementary school children.

How much is breakfast for children?

It is 1,700 yen (tax included) for elementary school children and 950 yen (tax included) for young children ages 4-6.
Children under age 4 can eat for free.

Are amenities provided for accompanying children?

Please make any requests when you make your reservation, and we will prepare them for you.
We can also provide them after you enter your room, so please contact the front desk. We will bring them to your room.

Do you have yukata robes and slippers for children?

We offer pajamas, slippers, and toothbrush sets, so please request them when you make your reservation.
We can also provide them after you enter your room, so please contact the front desk. We will bring them to your room.

Do you have cribs? How much do they cost?

We will provide them at no charge, so please make a request when you make your reservation.
We can also provide them after you enter your room, so please contact the front desk. We will bring them to your room.
It does take a little time, so please recognize this in advance.
Also, there is a limit to the number of cribs we can provide, so at times we may be unable to provide them. Please understand this in advance.

Do you lend strollers?

We do not have them in the hotel. Strollers are available to rent at the park. Please contact the crew for details.

Do you have an electric pot or stove for making powdered milk?

Rooms are equipped with an electric pot or kettle.
If you are making powdered milk, we lend pots with adjustable settings, so please let us know if you would like one.
Only the WAKU WAKU Wonder Room has a pot for milk formula and an electric stove.
*Please do not directly put milk into the pot.

Does the restaurant have baby food?

The restaurant does not have baby food, so please bring it with you.
It does offer simple food, so please ask the restaurant staff.
Also, the Rex Market on the 1st floor offers a wide variety of baby foods, children's goods, etc.

Can I use Internet in the building?

Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the building.

Can I buy snacks and similar items?

These are sold in the Rex Market on the 1st floor. Floors 1 and 3-14 are each equipped with vending machines.

Is there an ATM nearby?

There is no ATM inside the hotel, but there is one in the convenience store in front of the Universal City Station about a 3 minute walk away. There is also one beside the green ticket gate at the front of the station. Please ask the hotel staff for details.

Does the hotel have coin-operated laundry?

It is on the 2nd floor.
You can also purchase laundry detergent.

Are there tourist attractions other than Universal Studios Japan®?

There is a large aquarium called "Kaiyukan" nearby. At the Universal City Port in front of the hotel, board the Captain Line ferry toward Tempozan and ride for 15 minutes.
The hotel ticket counter sells Kaiyukan and Captain Line ticket sets.
There are many other tourist attractions as well, so please feel free to ask about them.
