Each division and section handles personal information appropriately under the direction of an information security supervisor. Utmost care is taken to ensure that information is not divulged to outside parties. Sufficient security measures are in place to counter illegal access from outside the company, loss, damage, tampering and other potential dangers.
In order to provide better service, our company may choose to outsource parts of its operation. In some cases, personal information is shared with our outsourcing partners. Our company has established criteria that it uses to carefully evaluate outsourcing partners to determine whether or not they have suitable measures in place for handling personal information, for maintaining confidentiality, for limiting further outsourcing and for preventing the divulgence of customer personal information. Our company will not disclose or provide personal data to a third party without the consent of the customer. However, in the following cases, customer personal data may be provided or disclosed without prior consent.
Customers may request that the company disclose any personal data that it has on file. We shall respond promptly to any such requests. If there are errors in the personal data on file, the customer may request to have these revised or deleted. If a customer requests to have his or her personal data revised or deleted, the company will promptly examine the matter and, if a valid reason is given, will swiftly revise or delete said information. Please direct all personal information-related inquiries to the number listed below. When a customer contacts us in regards to their personal data on file, they will first be asked to provide personal identification. We may request that customers follow certain, necessary company procedures and pay a service charge.
